Returns & Exchanges

Returns need to be made within 7 business days.

You will need to email us at and I will give you a confirmation number you will need to put in your package with your item to return. You may also always contact me through our Facebook page, or our chat option on our website! 


All returns will be refunded by store credit.


We understand that sometimes things do not work out. Items must be in their original condition and have all tags attached. They must also be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of smells (smoke, pets, perfumes, etc.). You are responsible for shipping costs to send the items back. Returns are not accepted on any SALE items or jewelry. Please note that discounts taken on the website that are greater than 20% off are also considered final sale.

We reserve the right to reject any returned items if they are not in their original condition or if they are received after the return timeframe. If we reject your return, we will let you know and send a shipping invoice to return ship any items to you that were rejected.

All returns will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card sent to your email. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of being received.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swim suits, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.




We do offer exchanges, however our inventory is constantly changing. If you would like to exchange something please let us know and we can see if we have the item available in your size. You can buy and pay for the item upfront to guarantee you get one or wait until we have received your item back and be invoiced at that time if the item is still available. Please note that we will not hold any items for any exchange.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded store credit.


Damaged/Defective Items:

Please inspect your order immediately when you receive it. You must email us at within 48 hours of receiving a defective item. The same return policy applies as above. No exceptions will be made. If you do have a defective item, please include a picture of the damage when emailing us.



ZYIA ACTIVE offers a money-back guarantee on products returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. These products will be eligible for store credit. I HIGHLY suggest the 14 day return on these as well due to me having to send it to them after you return them to me, and it all has to be done in 30 days.
